This blog is called I’m Working On It.
And I am. On developing my career, on my point of view as a communications professional, on my skills as a photographer and on the human being I want to be.
I’m a native of the mitten, Michigan State University grad and living in Chicago. I spend my days from 9-5 working for Cramer-Krasselt as part of the agency PR team. From 5-9 I’m a photographer, tennis player, snowboarder, foodie, musician, traveler, adventure-seeker and social media lover. I’m also a contributor to Ragan’s PR Daily.
Because I am a communicator at my core, much of what I write about might tie in with PR, branding, advertising, design, social media and the like. But, don’t be surprised if I write about whatever it is that inspires me, confuses me or seems worthy of some ink.
Photography is my passion, and all the images you see will be photos I’ve taken unless otherwise noted.
